The above screencast demonstrates how to write off bad debts in MYOB. I made this on-the-fly for a client of ours (while they were on hold so it was quick!) and thought others might benefit from it also.
I’ll add full text instructions if anyone requests them. More screencast tutorials will be made available from our web site soon. Be sure to send in your requests!

Where did you get this video??? If there’s anymore of them hiding somewhere I’d love to see them. I’ve got marginal accounting experience and sometimes myself over my head in my workplace, where I use MYOB.
I am in the process of updating our site and plan to include many more MYOB resources and tutorials. If you have any suggestions, we’d love to hear them.
I am curious about where can one learn the ins and outs of myob other than going to MYOB, one day workshops are not enough?
I would like to know where in the myob program I can pull a list (printout) of all outstanding debtors showing all transaction activity listed under each debtor, I know this as a detailed selectivity transaction report.

Thanks for your comment. This was actually one of the first MYOB screencasts I created myself.
