The ATO have announced that the working australians tax bonus will start to be paid from early April 2009.
Payments are being made in stages with priority given depending on when your 2007/08 tax return was finalised.
If you haven’t lodged your return yet and you think you will qualify for the bonus, GET IT IN NOW! Your 2007-08 income tax return must be lodged by 30 June 2009 in order to be eligible for the payment.
