Reception/Admin for Accountant- Central Coast

Alan Lewis Accountants will soon be moving into a larger office and will have positions available for a couple of friendly and enthusastic individuals to join our small team in the Lake Haven area. We will first be seeking a receptionist/admin assistant. The job will initially involve answering phones, processing paperwork, typing letters, filing, etc. 

As “Director of First Impressions” this person needs to be well-presented and able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and contacts - a  ’people person’.   

Must be computer literate and skilled in common MS Office applications. There is quite a bit of typing involved so speed, accuracy and attention to detail are all important. Most of all, we are seeking staff who are motivated, reliable and keen to learn.

It’s anticipated that this vacancy will be a full-time position by tax time. We are open to the possbility of job-sharing or other more flexible arrangements to fit in with the right person.
